1. Market entry terms

Stepping into Maqam Technologies means you accept these market rules for buying HSN 0810 fresh fruits including tropical, citrus, berries, stone fruits, melons and orchard varieties. Each fruit crate ordered online is covered by the clauses that follow.

2. Orchard trader

3. Orchard lot notes

Crates contain fresh fruit packs for personal consumption. Hue, sugar ripeness, diameter and net weight shift with orchard block, picking week and display calibration on your device.

• Shelf tags show Indian Rupees (₹); most fresh fruit lots carry nil GST.
• Orchard intake pauses when a cultivar is between harvest cycles.
• Net kilograms and piece counts are rounded within trade tolerances.

4. Shopper verification

Market checkout requires a one-time email OTP. Fruit buyers must be 18+ or accompanied by authorised guardian consent.

5. Crate settlement

• A fruit order firms up once prepaid settlement clears or COD is chosen and acknowledged.
• Pay via UPI, plastic, net banking or Cash on Delivery on serviceable lanes.
• COD market runs add ₹49 freight unless prepaid free-ship promos apply.
• Prepaid fruit baskets ship without courier charge where the banner states so at checkout.

6. Arbitration seat

Indian consumer and contract law applies to orchard sales. Exclusive forum: courts at the city of our registered market office.
